Q1: Why NCRTA charges a subscription for Electronic Phone Book entry?
A1: While listing the information of the businesses that have our community as customers as a service, NCRTA uses the subscription generated from the entries as the prime source of income to cover the website expenses, such as domain renewals and web hosting.
Q2: My business is not listed on NCRTA Electronic Phone Book. How can I list?
A2: NCRTA Electronic Phone Book gets updated when a business sponsor NCRTA events. New businesses are added and old businesses are renewed. If your business information is not appearing on the ePhoneBook, you may add it by paying a two year subscription of $10 without waiting for an NCRTA event. Send us an email.

You may qualify for a $10 discount on the next yearly advertisement during an NCRTA event in this case.

Q3: Why my business information is tagged as inactive?
A3: NCRTA is doing all that is possible to keep the integrity of the information of it Electronic Phone Book.

An information in the NCRTA Electronic Phone Book became inactive due to the following possible reasons:

  1. Business did not advertise with NCRTA twice in a row.
  2. Business did not renew their online ePhoneBook subscription.
  3. Business is no longer providing services.
  4. Business owner notified that s/he is out of business.

Any information tagged as inactive for more than two years will be removed permanently from NCRTA ePhoneBook to keep the integrity of the NCRTA Electronic Phone Book.

If you do not wish to provide advertisement on a yearly NCRTA event but would like to keep the online ePhoneBook entry active, you may do so by paying a two year subscription of $10. You may qualify for a $10 discount on the next yearly advertisement in this case.

If you think your business is tagged incorrectly, please contact NCRTA to make it active.

Q4: I no longer in business but receiving calls because of the active status of my business. What should I do?
A4: NCRTA would really appreciate if you can help keeping the integrity of the NCRTA Electronic Phone Book. If you are out of business and would like to take your business out of the the ePhoneBook, please send us an email. Click here to contact NCRTA.
