The National Capital Region Tamil Association (NCRTA) held its eighth annual winter picnic on Saturday, February 23, 2013. A very big thank you to all those who joined us and enjoyed excellent entertainment, tasty food and great company.
Based on your feedback from past years, we had added more interactive programs and highlighted good quality entertainment such as drama and dance. It was great to see community members of all ages participate in the interactive programs.
An event like this requires the dedication and hard work of many volunteers. On behalf of the board, our heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers who offered their physical help at the venue and many volunteers who helped preparing the programs and the participants who participated in the programs taking time away from their busy schedule to make it possible and to put this event together.
