The deadline for registering a team is Friday, June, 17, 2011.

Water and Snacks:
NCRTA will be providing water free of charge at the event.

Similar to last year, NCRTA members and volunteers are preparing to have snacks and drinks available at the venue at a nominal cost during the NCRTA 6th Annual Sports event.

Every year, NCRTA contributes a portion of its proceeds from the annual events to charities both in Sri Lanka and Canada. Last year, we donated CDN $575 to Children.s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) as our community is grateful for the great work done by CHEO. During the NCRTA 5th Annual Sports event, we facilitated the volunteers from the Manitha Neyam in collecting about CDN $1800 via food services and donating towards the humanitarian efforts of Manitha Neyam Trust.

This year, NCRTA is providing the food services and would like to raise even more and donate all the proceeds from the sale at the food stall to a children foundation that is caring for children affected by the war in Sri Lanka. This year we chose Gods Own Children Foundation as the recipient of the proceeds.

Please attend the NCRTA 6th Annual Sports event, enjoy the food and support a good cause.
