Elections will be held for all the 15 executive positions of the NCRTA board for a two year term. As stipulated in the NCRTA constitution, none of the current board members can run for the same positions they currently hold.
Following are the NCRTA board executive positions:
- President
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Assistant Secretary
- Treasurer
- Assistant Treasurer
- Cultural Coordinator
- Youth Coordinator
- Sports Coordinator
- 3 Area Coordinators (Ottawa-Nepean, Ottawa-West, Ottawa-Centre)
- 3 Executives-at-large
To run for a board position, the candidate must have been a member of NCRTA for a minimum of one year on the date of the election.
A minimum membership period of six months is required to vote in the elections.
